Be Consistent with your LinkedIn Posting
Exactly as the title says; post consistently. What works best for me is posting videos at least 2 days a week and sharing either an article or an image the rest of the week
Stay on Topic
Along with your frequency of posts it’s also important to be consistent with the type of content you post. If your brand is about small business strategies and software but you’re frequently posting about gardening, then half your followers will only be interested in your small business posts.
Continuously Refine Your Content
It’s important to refine your message via A/B testing and stick with what works best. What is A/B testing? Well for example one day you could post a simple text list of tips “5 best strategies to gain LinkedIn followers” and the next day post an image on a similar topic. With the information gained between the analytics on both post styles you can see what works best. After some time you’ll have a razor sharp style to maximize your engagement.
Engage with Others and Keep Grinding
Make sure you comment and share other companies and peoples posts to build up a group of users that are more inclined to share your content. This won’t be a quick process but try not to get discouraged and keep at it. Eventually, this strategy will build upon itself and you’ll start to grow exponentially as your dedicated followers grow.
