Facebook recently revealed at Oculus Connect 6 that most games designed for StreamVR will be playable using Oculus Link on the Oculus Quest when it’s released in November.
Games like Beat Saber, Elder Scrolls Skyrim, & Fallout 4 will be available with the free update on the Quest. You’ll simply need to connect the VR headset to your computer via a USB-C cable for the update process to begin.
Unfortunately, developers for the Oculus Quest will be able to opt out of Link support. However, there are unofficial ways to do the same thing but this new update should create a new streamlined and stable setup.
